Alaska, Hawaii, and International Freight
The freight charges that are calculated on the site assume delivery within the lower 48 states. We will notify you of any additional freight charges to your location and must receive payment before we will ship.

Miscellaneous.
This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas applicable to agreements made and to be performed in Texas. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between PURE AUTO PARTS, INC. and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Texas. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. PURE AUTO PARTS, INC.'s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. PURE AUTO PARTS, INC. may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

Images, Pricing & Typographical Errors
PURE AUTO PARTS, INC. has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the product information and description. The photo shown in the description may differ from the actual product. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic or technical error, PURE AUTO PARTS, INC. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. PURE AUTO PARTS, INC. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, PURE AUTO PARTS, INC. shall immediately issue a refund in the amount of the incorrect price.
